Mohammad Saad is a Civil Engineer, born in Ukraine, Henichesk on October 14, 1992 and has lived in Jiyeh, Lebanon from 1994. It¿s his first book, about traffic modelling and mitigation measures forsignalized intersections. Statistics and works on the research took one and a half year to finish.
