This book addresses a theme about school planning in the teaching-learning process. The study was conducted at the Municipal School "Simone Macieira" (municipality of Santa Inês), where we sought to investigate the main problems that prevent the achievement of a more effective planning and the consolidation of targets and intended goals, so it was possible to observe some concerns from teachers who work with the initial series of elementary school, the negative view reported by most teachers in this part of the educational process can not be considered as an irreversible situation. It is understood that planning directed by a critical and transforming pedagogical action can provide the teacher with more security to deal with the complications that may arise on a daily basis in the "school ground". In this sense, "adequate planning" as well as its result, will be translated by the pedagogical action directed in such a way as to integrate it into the reality of the student, seekingto transform it, enabling improvements in educational actions.

Georgia Fernanda do N. Rocha si è laureata in Pedagogia all'Università Statale di Maranhão (2005), è specializzata in Supervisione scolastica dall'Università Cândido Mendes (2007) e in Gestione scolastica dalla Facoltà di Educazione São Luís (2021). Attualmente esercita la funzione di Assistant Manager - (SEDUC MA) e di insegnante di serie iniziale (SEMED MA).
