The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with 9 treatments and 3 replications. From the result of the present study, different treatments of organic manures and biofertilizers with inorganic fertilizers significantly increased the growth and yield attributes of litchi plant. From the evidence recorded, it can be concluded that the best fertilizer combination for litchi under North Eastern region is treatment with 500g N+ 250g P+ 250g K+ 100 kg FYM +150 g Azotobacter + 100g PSM+100 g VAM.
