This work provides a clear insight into the problem of road safety in Kenya and many other countries in the world. For many years the transport sector in Kenya has been chaotic resulting in many deaths and injuries. Gladys Moraa is a sociologist from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is currently a Phd Student at Kenyatta University, Kenya, where she is specializing in Transport Sociology. She works as a part time lecturer at Africa Nazarene University, Kenya. She is also a Youth Officer with the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
