This research study concluded that most of the university teachers are facing unfair treatment from university administration. Teachers were strictly dealt with the rule in case of any breach of law. The university administration is dishonest and insincere with teachers and does not share organizational information with them. Teachers are not provided any explanation of decision making procedures. They do not trust the university administration in terms of fair treatment because the administrators do not take decisions in timely manner. In addition, university teachers are not asked for any suggestions in decision making procedures and therefore they had no influence over decisions. The university administration does not explain decisions without hiding any information from teachers and teachers are unable to appeal against the arrived decisions. Teachers do not receive rewards as per their performance and their behaviors are dependent upon administration fairness. Furthermore, the unequal distribution of rewards leads toward turnover intention among university teachers.
