We aimed to evaluate the female workforce and their job satisfaction in government hospital of Quetta. Mixed method prospective and retrospective study conducted on total 579 female health care professional in government hospital Quetta Baluchistan from July 2015 to April 2016. All the Females health care professionals (medical doctors, pharmacist, nurses) working in government Hospitals targeted for the study. All Female Employee present on their duties on time who agree to participate in study where Included. Overall satisfaction score Demonstrated that maximum respondents (n=500, 86.4) were satisfied, association of mean Satisfaction score with demographics was performed, none of demographics was significantly Associated with overall satisfaction (i.e. p0.05) except to job place (p=0.010) and Department (p=0.019).
