Thus, the INPP, whose main mission is the Professional Qualification of the active population, with its several axes of intervention, must play a great role on the question, because its interventions must facilitate the practical actions of the development of the human capital in the various trades and jobs by setting up the cartography, the process of the training and to support thecompanies on the recruitment, the analysis and classification of the jobs as well as to accompany the certified.
