Restaurant industry is one of the most challenging places to work at in all tourism sector. It requires good physical and mental condition as well as be good at handling stress, long working hours and always remain professional with the customers. Therefore it is important to have committed employees who are willing to stay in the restaurant and do their best while working there. This study is designed to investigate current situation within full-service restaurants from employees' perspective towards distributive, procedural and interactional justice. Study was done in Norway by using a quantitative survey approach and a sample of 155 employees working within full-service restaurants were included. Also, 9 hypothesis have been raised and 7 of them have been proved.
