Hypertension is an extremely common condition that brings with it a huge list of co morbidities which debilitate an individual's life to a great extent. The practice of Meditation on Sound has a significant impact on the increased blood pressure thereby reducing the risks of co morbidities. This work seeks to improve the overall health of by use of the ancient yet simple practices of Nada Yoga that uplifts the individual not only in health but also in spirituality.
