The objective is to highlights the factors that favor or not the involvement of employees in the conduct of change within a company. Therefore, the study strives to understand how the involvement of SOSUCAM employees is operationalized in the conduct of the quality approach. In a specific way, it is a question for us of analyzing the impact of communication, training and social and economic factors in the involvement of employees in the quality approach. This work follows a qualitative-quantitative approach. The data we used come from documentary sources and interviews carried out on a sample of 150 employees from different departments of SOSUCAM. The study was based on symbolic interactionism (Berger P. & Luckmann T., 1996).
