The author got MED in Adult and Life - Long Learning from Addis Ababa University and BED in English Language from Alemaya University.worked as a Dean and Academic Vice Dean in Higher Institutions besides working as a lecturer.Also did various research works and currently working in Ministry of Culture and Tourism , Ethiopia.
