Dr Piyush Gupta, a thought leader and visionary has lead various capacity building initiatives in e-Governance at the national level in India. With over 33 years of experience in areas of ICT and e-Governance in government and the private sector, he drives his entrepreneurship passion. He completed his Ph.D. in 2013 under Management discipline.
