This book is based on the author's own experience, having taught this subject for some ten years in a number of voluntary training courses for executives of public and private companies.

Abdelghani Kada-Kloucha nasceu em Tlemcen a 6 de março de 1944. Estudou Gestão nos Estados Unidos, especializando-se em "Gestão de Pessoas" na Universidade do Texas em Austin.Ocupou vários cargos de responsabilidade na administração e nos recursos humanos da Sonatrach, Entreprise Algérienne des Hydrocarbures.
