Constantine Opiyo holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is a doctoral Student in the same University as well as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Foundations Maseno University, Kenya. His area of Specialization is Human Resource Management in Education.
