BRENDAN O'REGAN, M.S. (1917¿1992) was the first Director of Research at the Institute for Noetic Sciences, where he worked until his death. He was a consultant to the Center for the Study of Social Policy at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California. He was also associate editor of the International Journal of Psychoenergetic Systems.
