JAMES B. BEAL was an aerospace engineer in the Quality and Reliability Assurance Laboratory at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Marshall Space Flight Center. He worked with NASA in the area of nondestructive testing of aerospace structures. Mr. Beal published many articles on nondestructive testing in technical journals; he is also the author several essays on parapsychology.
