The quality of management and construction of the training process is a pressing problem. The process of improvement and efficiency of training has the goal of performing complex preparatory processes that optimize the acting indicators in the temporal phase to achieve success in the competitive phase. Studies aimed at the development of methods, systematic pedagogical, psychological approaches through the biomechanics of movements and psychomotor activity with the introduction of computer technology began in the 70s. Sports training management using information technology allowed for a breakthrough in the sports industry. Comparison of statistical data and analysis of performances allowed the formation of model characteristics, optimization and analysis of the whole process of training construction, including tactical, psychological, strategic, physical and sensorimotor parts. The basis for the development of all methodological material was the analysis of experimental studies, mathematical modeling and analysis of the implementation of their results in the training of young athletes volleyball players at all stages of sports selection.
