Graduado em Cultura Física, professor de judô com mais de 10 anos de experiência, segundo bailarino da faixa preta em judô, metodologista esportivo do município de Santiago de Cuba, pratica judô há mais de 25 anos, campeão universitário centro-americano, campeão nacional de Cuba em três ocasiões.
