My internship at the Clinique du Bois was a turning point in my responsibility and awareness of why I was receiving this training through my hospital. I then took the time to read and take stock of the situation in this work. My internship and the writing of my work allowed me to obtain a service agreement to fill the structural void in my LISP. The challenge remains to operate according to the new regional specifications 2018-2023. This work suffers from a lack of detail on the major stages of its implementation. I learned the Laroque circular, the Delbecque report, the DHOS circular of February 19, 2002. My work has the merit of having given me a detailed vision of the national organization of palliative care structures. I am proud of the knowledge I acquired during my training and according to the old scheme. The challenge now is to master this new tool through reading, work that will be crowned by obtaining other diplomas in palliative care.
