The students who participated in this study had positive views on the use of mobile applications to improve their English language skills. Though they identified some problems to their actual use, such as a lack of mobile applications, a technical support weakness, insufficient professional development, negative views. This study reflects some recommendations for the successful integration of technology in learning and teaching of English for overcoming the difficulties Iraqi EFL students might face.
