As a physical therapist, she helps patients reach their goals, as a coach, she helps runners set personal records, and as an author, she hopes to fill you with a desire to encourage your friends and family. Katy and her husband first visited Venice in 2018 to celebrate Katy's birthday. She loved the bright colors, unique culture, delicious food, and getting lost in the narrow streets. When Katy's family moved to Aviano, Italy in 2019, they enjoyed taking the train to Venice.
