Joseph Munyangabo is the Associate Director at the Center for Policy Analysis-Uganda and co-founder of Parliament Watch-Uganda. He is the senior Technical Adviser at International Republican Institute (IRI-UG). An Alumni of Wits University SA where he obtained a masters degree in International Relations.
