Henry Zolu Gant, II, was born in Virginia, Montserrado County. He earned a BSc Honors degree in Politics ¿Philosophy- Economics and his Masters degree in Local Government Studies at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Nigeria, in 2011.He attended the Accra School of Economics & Political Science, where he earned an advanced Diploma.
