Nacido en Ruanda en 1969, el Dr. MUNDERERE Jean Damascène es autor de más de 30 publicaciones en el ámbito jurídico. Titular de tres doctorados en derecho judicial, justicia penal comparada y ciencias políticas, ha adquirido una experiencia laboral de casi 30 años en el sector de la justicia, la enseñanza superior, los derechos humanos y la administración pública.
