Jacques Kabano is Rwandan Author.In 2014, He received his LLB degree at the Kigali independent University. He is currently studying the master of Public law at Kocaeli University/ Turkey. He speaks French, English and Turkish. he has various articles on law and he previously worked as a court Registrar and a prosecutor at primary court level.
