Ute-Christine Klehe chairs the team of Work and Organizational Psychology at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen in Germany. Her research addresses career self-management and career transitions, particular when faced with economic stressors, as well as personnel selection and performance. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and others. Edwin A.J. van Hooft is an Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. His research interests include motivation and self-regulation, job search behavior, job loss, re-employment, recruitment, and assessment. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Occupational and Health Psychology, and the Academy of Management Journal.
