Douglas the Rabbit is a character that my dad created for me when I was a girl. The first story stays true to the curiosity, anticipation, and humor he stirred in me way back then. Story telling has provided a great outlet during my time as parent and caregiver (see, Living Is for Living: A Caregiver's Story). In sharing Douglas the Rabbit with the world outside our home, I hope to spread the magic my dad created for me, way back when.
