is a lecturer and researcher at Trunojoyo Universtity Madura Indonesia. He is also an associate researcher at Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI) Surabaya Indonesia. He got his master degree on Economic Studies in 2008 from School of Economics Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL) The University of Queensland Australia.
