The contributors analyze possible acceleration of non-discriminatory liberalisation negotiations, creation of new international standards or reducing regulatory differences, such as «Investor-state dispute settlement» (ISDS), public health, geographical indications. The contributions focus also on specific issues, such as the impact of TTIP on Polish and EU economy, on merchandise and services trade, energy supply, research and development, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), or on the third parties.
Autorenporträt
Elżbieta Czarny is Professor of Economics at the Institute of International Economics of Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in theoretical and empirical research on international economics, especially on regionalism. Andżelika Kuźnar holds a Ph.D. in Economics of the Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in international economics and trade in services. Jerzy Menkes is Professor of Law, Head of the Department of International Law and International Organizations in Warsaw School of Economics. He is the President of the Polish Branch of the International Law Association (ILA). He specializes in public international law and international economic law.
