In other words the work analyzes whether the commission investigation and adjudicatory power complies or not with the international and international human right instrument. Daniel is a Legal consultant and Attorney in all Federal Courts of Ethiopia. Daniel was awarded an academic degree of LLM (Master Of European and International Law) from Hamburg University and China-EU School of Law at CUPL. Indeed Daniel is a winner of scholarship to participate in the International Lawyer for Africa Program in United Kingdom.
