Lizzy Hammonds passion and pride is in being an artist. She specializes in multiple media and loves to create imagery using bold bright colors. She is also an author, a poet, and a yoga instructor. In her spare time she volunteers at schools to teach children how to express their emotions through art, yoga and a mindfulness practice. She grew up in New Jersey but found her way to Eastern North Carolina where her American Indian roots are and now as one of her passions, sells real estate on the breathtaking southern coast.
