Linda, a retired public librarian, has always had a fascination with and passion for food and recipes. As a young girl, she was inspired and tantalized by her grandma Sophie's cooking. Linda was allowed to play and experiment in her mother's kitchen while growing up. For years, she has been on a quest to create quick, easy, healthy, and delicious fiber-rich dishes. Linda lives in El Cajon, California. She has a BA in linguistics, an MLIS, and a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation. Linda is also a certified Healthy Hands Cooking instructor.
