This work revealed ejection fraction ,deceleration time, systolic velocity(Sm)and late diastolic velocity(Am),VVI and Advanced 2D-strain techniques showed that longitudinal LV function parameters(velocity, strain, strain rate and displacement) and Mechanical intra- ventricular synchrony were significantly predicted cardiac outcome and strongly correlated with NT-pro BNP.The work revealed that 948.5 pg/ml NT-pro BNP cutoff values predicted the cardiac outcome,so combining NT-pro BNP and imaging test seems to be a rationale approach, breaking a new ground in HF monitoring & management program.
