This study was aimed to investigate the antibacterial activity of silver Nanoparticals (AgNPs) treatment against A. hydrophila in common carp, Cyprinus carpio L. This study included isolation of A. hydrophila from infected fish in the veterinary Midcin College laboratories-Baghdad. The classical bacterial characterization according to colony morphology, microscopic examination and biochemical methods were acheived. Also, this bacterium was confirmed using the VITEK 2 device. The sensitivity test, as their resistance to drugs and their sensitivity to oxytetracycline (OTC), chlorophnacol, nitrofurantoine were also studied. The silvar Nanoparticals material was prepared using both chemical and biological methods from silver nitrate and biologically from lemon extract.
