This study aims to implement in Cuba the techniques of Sport Economics, by providing instruments that make it possible to measure and identify financial flows of various entities involved in sport activity, illustrating how in other geographical regions are used to measure the impact it causes on the economy and in the same way as this influences the behavior of sport. The above provides us with ways of solution that serve the purpose of identifying the real amount of financial resources that the Cuban State allocates to the sports sector and at the same time leads us to discover different variants and forms of amortization through the commercialization of sports services that can become growing and future income to pay for sports. This leads us to new concepts in the attempt to transform an activity that generates expenses into another that can become a source of income that means the most immediate option for the economic development of sports in Cuba.
