The main premise of the presented research is to prove that the state of evolution of social governance at the present stage, qualified as the era of postmodernism, is an actual reality and in this reality all relations and relations, and above all, social and, especially, armed conflicts acquire completely different meanings and meanings than they did half a century ago.
