Author Joe Kirby is an award-winning editorial page editor and columnist for the Marietta Daily Journal and has covered stories on life in Marietta and Cobb County for almost 25 years. He serves on the boards of the Marietta Museum of History and the Kennesaw Mountain Historical Association.
