Um motivado e responsável, formador de professores, redactor de materiais e editor de módulos de cursos em vários níveis de ensino. Essas habilidades foram desenvolvidas através de experiências de trabalho no campo por cerca de 22 anos no ensino tanto no instituto superior como em vários níveis de ensino. Estou trabalhando como docente e pesquisador na Universidade de Hawassa.
