The study employed a survey technique, based on ex post facto design, using a population of 5,035 teachers in secondary schools. A sample of 1,006 subjects was drawn using a stratified sampling technique. The data collected from 1,006 respondents and their cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for the 2005/2006 session were analyzed using Pearson (r) and regression analysis. Based on the results of data analyzed, the following major finding arose. There was significant relationship between communication management and teachers task performance in the secondary schools studied.
