Dietmar Grichnik is a leading researcher in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation, and finance. He is Director of the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he also leads the Chair for Entrepreneurship. Shortly, Dietmar was elected among the Top100 Entrepreneurship professors globally. His research is published in leading field journals and he is also author of "Entrepreneurial Living". As former banker and current investor, Dietmar is actively engaged in teaching and supporting entrepreneurs, especially in the university environment. Manuel Hess is a research associate at the Chair for Entrepreneurship of the University of St.Gallen. He is a lecturer to students, entrepreneurs, and executives for Entrepreneurship and Business Metrics. Manuel's PhD-research focuses on investor decision-making and the influence of board members on new venture success.
