Therefore, the development of new method for synthesis of aziridines is of great current interest. The book project is concerned to device an efficient novel method for the synthesis of new N-amidoaziridines and to study some aspect of the mechanism and stereochemistry, The synthesis of functionalized aziridines bearing different substituents has been achieved from the corresponding alkenes by adopting new research methodology and aziridinating agents. The chapter-I includes introduction of aziridine and its derivatives while chapter-II describes review on aziridine derivatives. The chapter-III,IV and V gives new synthetic path for N-substituted aziridines. I am very thankful to Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur ( India) for providing the research facilities.
