Bangixhanti ha conseguito una laurea in Ingegneria meccanica presso la Tshwane University of Technology e un master in Gestione delle operazioni presso l'Università di Johannesburg. Ha lavorato per oltre 14 anni per aziende globali in Sudafrica. Attualmente è impiegato presso Air Liquide Healthcare, con sede in Sudafrica, come responsabile nazionale delle installazioni per i clienti.
