This study, on "The right to the image of the deceased in the Democratic Republic of the Congo", raised a number of questions: What is the scope of the right to the image under Congolese law? What about deceased persons? By way of hypothesis, we have said that the content of the right to image is superficially governed by the constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo of February 18, 2006, in its article 31, since it emphasizes respect for privacy.Indeed, with the development of the Internet, it's becoming easier and easier to take photos and distribute them worldwide. The right to one's image could therefore be a right that everyone has over their own image or that of their private property.
