Sustainable redevelopment of the site to accommodate and support people to live, work and recreate in form of mixed use development will increase the socioeconomic value of the quayside.This book is majorly about the reawakening of the old industrial quaysides, deserted downtown industrial regions and it can be seen as a tool for redevelopment. Autorenporträt
Estudié un MBA, Diseño Urbano en la Universidad de Newcastle upon Tyne, y también obtuve una Maestría en Arquitectura en la Universidad Ahmadu Bello, Nigeria (1995). Obtuve la licenciatura en arquitectura en la Universidad de Jos, Nigeria (1992). Actualmente trabajo con el Estado de Lagos, Nigeria, en el proyecto de la Zona Franca de Lekki como arquitecto y diseñador urbano.
