The problem to be investigated is the quality of care of patients in outpatient gynecology service of the Hipolito Unanue National Hospital in Lima - 2018. At present, the hospital serves people from districts such as Ate, El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria, Cercado de Lima, etc. The current situation of the hospital shows us that the number of people is increasing, with very high expectations of care, for this reason, the perception they receive from the hospital's health services is low, their levels of demand are practically deficient, and therefore, the predisposition to complaints and claims is frequent, which have increased considerably. This is why the research carried out mentions the importance of improving health care services in order to improve the patients' experience and regain their trust.
