Since generic employability skills are crucial for an effective performance not only in the workplace, but also in life, HEIs should promote the development of those general skills that are relevant to a broad range of disciplines. Consequently, this paper sheds light on the opportunities of promoting the development of generic employability skills in Georgian higher education institution based on a case, so that, it aims at determining the perceptions of students and lecturers regarding facilitating generic employability skills development in study process.
