Dave Barker has been a drummer, canoe coach, builder, youth pastor and teacher of design and technology. He is ordained into the Baptist Church, and leads What 4, which he founded in 1993. Dave and his wife Karen have two teenage daughters, Lindsey and Amy, and live in Folkestone, Kent, UK.
