As part of a series, Paranormal Encounters: Defying Naturalism (Volume 4) is a 200 page book that contains a variety of interesting illustrated topics ranging from dreams, near-death, superstitions, demons, ghosts of animals, psychics, hauntings, orbs, and more. The author, Dr. Kelly Renee Schutz, is not a psychic but a sensitive intuitive, who has encountered several unexplained paranormal situations over the past several years and to date, continues to interact with and analyze paranormal situations. Dr. Schutz travels the world staying at haunted locations in an attempt to seek out, experience, and explain paranormal events. Dr. Schutz has written a number of illustrated books on her personal experiences with the paranormal. Bonus chapters included in most Paranormal Encounters books are the investigator theoretical took kit, the use of ghost hunting equipment, and debunking unexplained paranormal encounters. She seeks guidance about her encounters from experts in the field. A former legal investigator, she uses intuition and common sense to guide her in understanding unexplained situations. She has written a number of books on paranormal phenomena. Dr. Schutz is a writer, college instructor, former investigator, professional photographer, crafter, auction enthusiast, world artist, and world traveler.
