For over a decade, Meg has worked with hundreds of clients who live with chronic illnesses, weight management challenges, trauma, and the lifelong stress that comes with each. For the last several years, Meg's number one mission has been to bridge the gap between physical and mental health conditions that interfere with weight loss by adding to the research and developing effective strategies to reduce the risk factors.
