Therefore, I decided to do the research and report on this subject, which will be useful and very interesting for them and for all tour operators all over the world.

Milena Krumova is born in 1988 in Bulgaria. She graduated "cum laude" in International Tourism Management and Consultancy at University in The Netherlands. Milena got a double-degree in Tourism Management at International Business School in Bulgaria. She works in the Tourism industry since 2007. As of 2011 Milena manages her own Travel Agency.
